Photon Engineers has access to an optical and photonic toolkit developed during the last 30 years by Barry Clive in a series of UK and EU funded projects in collaboration with world leading research groups such as those at the Fraunhofer Institute and Imperial College.

The toolkit now includes a radical new non-Hamiltonian optics design methodology for non-imaging optics that enables the lowest cost "optimal transfer of light radiation between a source and a target"* using high refractive index materials.

With our focus on helping a rapid transition to sustainable growth, we are working to apply this methodology to optical sensing, optical wireless communications, and the highly cost effective production of electricity and hydrogen to dramatically reduce the cost and weight of bright green stationary and mobile energy storage and generation systems.
